This multi-sensory guided walk around the Tidal Basin is the most scenic stroll in all of Washington, DC. Your experience begins with Martin Luther King Jr.'s memorial and ends with the great temple dedicated to the memory of Thomas Jefferson. Then you'll see the famous and beautiful Japanese cherry blossom trees along the Basin's shoreline. Don't worry, we won't let you fall in.

Bring your camera on this tour -- you're going to need it!

This small group tour include's our signature Sensory Supplements. Delve a little deeper, engage in active learning, and create truly memorable experiences! 

  • Meeting Point:  Across the street from the MLK Memorial and outside the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Bookstore @ the intersection of West Basin Dr. amp; Independence Avenue SW.

Until further notice, we require everyone - guides and guests - to wear a face covering for the duration of the tour experience. If you don’t have one, your guide will have clean, masks available for cashless purchase at your meeting point. Tours are capped at 10 people, so it’s always a small group. Plus, we offer contact free transactions for tipping (our guides accept cash, Venmo, etc.)
