For one (1) concession, group must have a total anticipated sleeping room revenue of $10,000. For two (2) concessions, group must have a total anticipated sleeping room revenue of $20,000. For three (3) concessions, group must have a total anticipated sleeping room revenue of $30,000. To qualify, rooms must be booked by April 30th, 2024 to actualize in 2024. Group must actualize 80% of the contracted room block. If group fails to actualize 80% of the contracted room block, the Hotel will charge standard pricing for benefits and concessions.
