Met by widespread critical acclaim, the inaugural exhibition of Beyond Granite in 2023 presented a dynamic series of art installations on the National Mall, creating a more inclusive, equitable, and representative commemorative landscape and bringing new stories and perspectives to the nation’s most iconic commemorative space.
