The Archivist of the United States, Dr. Colleen Shogan, will join Rebecca Brenner Graham, 2023 recipient of the National Archives Foundation’s Cokie Roberts Fellowship for Women’s History, in a conversation about her book, Dear Miss Perkins: A Story of Frances Perkins’s Efforts to Aid Refugees from Nazi Germany. A book signing will follow the program.
