Fairmont's 4th Annual Uncle Nearest Whiskey Pairing Dinner

Reception, Whiskey Pairing Dinner, Cigar Tasting & After Party

Fairmont Washington, D.C., Georgetown is pleased to announce its fourth annual whiskey pairing dinner with Uncle Nearest Whiskey* on Saturday, October 25 beginning at 6pm in the Courtyard Bar.

Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey Master Blender Victoria Eady Butler will conduct whiskey pairings during dinner.

Executive Jaime Montes de Oca and his culinary team will create a four-course culinary feast prepared to complement delicious cocktails curated by Fairmont’s mixologists with Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey.

The reception begins at 6:00pm in the Ballroom Foyer with the Uncle Nearest Cocktail and the four-course dinner begins at 6:30pm in the Grand Ballroom.

At 8:30pm, guests are invited to an after party in the Courtyard, where they will enjoy more cocktails, a cigar tasting and the sounds of local DJ, The Uncle Nearest Whiskey Pairing Dinner includes the reception, four-course dinner, specialty cocktails, whiskey pairing by Victoria Eady Butler and after party. The evening is $225 per person including tax and gratuity. Additional cocktails, wine, beer and cigars will be available for purchase along with bottles of Fairmont’s Uncle Nearest Single Barrel.
