Indoor Rowing Fitness Class



Row Your Way to Fitness: Strength, Endurance & Community

Thursdays, Saturdays, Now - Dec 19, 2024. 6:30 a.m. and 10 a.m.

In our indoor Rowing Fitness classes, customers can expect a comprehensive fitness experience focused on building strength, endurance, and rowing technique. Each session will include:



  • Warm-Up: Dynamic stretches and exercises to prepare the body for rowing.

  • Technique Instruction: Personalized guidance from TBC instructors to ensure proper form and maximize effectiveness.

  • Workout Routines: Varied workouts targeting different muscle groups, incorporating intervals, endurance training, and strength exercises.

  • Cool Down: Stretching and recovery techniques to aid in muscle recovery and flexibility.


Participants will also enjoy a supportive community atmosphere, making it an ideal environment for individuals of all fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced rower, these classes will help you improve your skills and achieve your fitness goals.
