Whether you fear the zombie apocalypse or you’re a hypochondriac, you’ll discover heaps of helpful information in the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History’s exhibition, Outbreak. An examination of disease in the modern world prompted by the Ebola outbreak, heightened by the Zika epidemic and coinciding with the centennial of the Spanish influenza pandemic, the program is designed to raise public awareness by considering the interconnectedness of human health.
