The Stacks is a transformative 7-acre, 2-million-square-foot mixed-use neighborhood in Buzzard Point that completes the final waterfront connection between The Wharf and The Yards. Delivered in early 2025, Phase I converted a former industrial site into a vibrant, walkable destination that blends residential, retail, coworking, wellness, and public spaces.
