Event Services Professionals Association (ESPA) (Jan. 31 – Feb. 2, Louisville, KY)

ESPA brings together event service professionals from CVBs, hotels and convention centers to discuss industry trends, best practices and professional development. It focuses on enhancing event operations, elevating client experiences and fostering collaboration among industry peers.
Destination 360 New York Fashion Week Event (Feb. 7-9, New York City, NY)

A two-day event in partnership with the Destination 360 Group (DMC) targeting clients in NYC. The first evening included a Signature Scent event at the Olfactory where 30 clients made a custom perfume. The Cuccelelli Shahenn NYFW Fashion Show wrapped up the week, with 36 clients attending a pre-event for networking.

Step Afrika (Feb. 16, Washington, DC)

The Step Afrika! Step Classic is a three-day celebration of stepping in the heart of our nation’s capital. Inspired by the legacy of HBCU Classics, this inaugural weekend highlights the powerful artform of stepping, merging community, culture and celebration in a way only Step Afrika! can. With step teams from across the country, the Classic centers stepping’s origins within the Divine Nine and its evolution into a unifying tradition that bridges generations and honors African American heritage.

New York Society of Association Executives (NYSAE) Meet NY (Feb. 27, New York, NY)

Meet NY is the largest hosted buyer hospitality event in the northeast. It is a one-of-a-kind gathering of association and not-for-profit leaders, convention, corporate and meetings professionals and their hospitality and vendor partners. The afternoon and evening of networking and cocktails capped off with a trip to Broadway for all attendees. The day began with industry education followed by networking, mini trade shows and a cocktail reception. More than 500 association executives, meeting planners and other influencers and decision makers joined us for Meet NY 2025.
